With that VCR...I had that problem. And what I had to do is wipe all the programing, make sure the setting was on "cable" and reprogram everything again. It was OK after that.
As for the wireless, that stinks. Never had it, but I do use it some when I borrow laptops in my travels. It's nice to have. Bet it's hard to go back once you'fe had that freedome isn't it? I mean, I have a desktop and it'd be nice if I had a wireless laptop sometimes since I have to run back and forth from the office when trying a new recipe (because it's just as much work as writing it down when I can't read what I wrote).
