shazza59 requested a podcast where I described what my new apartment was like. Well, I never did get around to describing my old new apartment, so I decided that I'd describe my new new apartment. I need to mix and edit the file, but once that happens, a new podcast entry will be posted. I will, of course, keep everyone posted, and if you're interested in a very informal tour of my apartment, where you even get to hear my dryer, (extra bonus footage you see), you can feel free to do so.
