The First Full Day

Hey everyone. Well, I figured that I'd take a little time and post a regular entry before really getting started with my day. I finally made it to bed at about 12:30 after unpacking, doing a little bit of online stuff, and just winding down. I set my alarm for 5:30, and actually got up. I've mentioned here before that I tend to judge a hotel by the water and the shower, and I'm happy to say that this one definitely passes my test. Water pressure is good, and the water itself isn't soft. I hate the feeling of soft water because I never really feel completely clean. I know, I'm strange. SMILE!
In other news, I'm going to be going out for Breakfast with a couple of fellow LJers this morning. I'm going to be getting bagels, and I absolutely LOVE bagels. Oh yeah, and if anyone who's here is reading this, I'm in room 1134 at the Hyatt.
Well, I've got to make sure I've got everything ready for the day and then I'm going to go down to the lobby to meet up with people so I'm going to end this for now. Oh yeah, and one more thing. Outgoing email in most hotels is a bit of a problem since my outgoing mail server settings are for my log-on at home. I could use web mail, but to be perfectly honest, I don't want to. So I called the front desk and they gave me the tech support phone number for the Internet people, and I was able to get the outgoing mail server information that I needed. So, I can send emails. Yay!!!!! If anyone needs that information, just let me know; it's no secret after all. Anyway though, I'm out. Later everyone!
