The water thing is weird. Did you ever figure out what was going on?
Ug, I live right by train tracks. They come by 5-6 times a day and then that much at night on occasion. The good nights here to get sleep are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Others vary to some degree, so I cannot wait until I am able to find another place to live which is far, far from the tracks.
