Wow! I absolutely love crock pot chicken! It's juicy and has so much flavor! I use boneless chicken breasts, and for tomorrow I'm actually going to cut things up into bite-size pieces first before cooking it so that later it'll be easier to dish up and eat. Tonight though, it's the rest of my BBQ chicken pizza from yesterday!
