I'm just wondering if you were ever able to set up an appointment with an audiologst to check your ears? I have a friend wo I volunteer with who tol me that she was diagnosed with verdigo, and they had her do exercises to move around the crystals in her head. Supposedly, dizziness can be caused when crystals move out of place, so the exercises are to put them back where they are suppose to be. This is all definitely worth looking into.
By the way, did you ever figure out how to get your perscriptions yet? I hope the reference your therapist made will pay off.
