I know what you mean! It is a pain when those cab drivers are talking on their cel phones. The worst part is that sometimes, they are speaking a different language, so they may, for all you know, be saying something about you.
The other night, one of our TV stations was doing a report about teenagers sending text messages while driving! I missed the actual report, but they were saying how they do it. That is just scarry and wrong!
