What's Cooking?

I was making my tacos a little while ago and the idea for this poll just sort of came to me. I'm curious to see what others think when it comes to cooking preferences. Even if you're not really into cooking, I'd be interested in knowing what you think.

[Poll #1082819]

I don't cook just enough for leftovers, but usually enough to feed lunch the next day to at least two Eater Men.

Gas or Electric....I was raised/learned to cook on gas, have had electric for 12.5 years. I prefer gas, but am so used to electric that when I cook on the former, it's as if I have forgotten How to Cook!

I use the oven when it's cool out, the stove in warm months. I LOVE to cook!

Well the last one isn't really true -- I have issues cooking for one person (I feel it's impossible) and so I tend to cook a lot but I don't really like leftovers cause i can't eat them fast enough.

What I cook on/in

I really prefer a slow cooker over the oven or the stove. Much easier to do without sight and ultimately, less mess, less burning and lots o yummy smells.

I completely forgot about the crock pot/slow cooker. Oh well, next time. SMILE! Thanks for the additional option.

OOOOOO, Slow Cooker! You're right, they are a dream! Great for summer or winter and you don't have to worry about burning the food. I use mine for spaghetti sauce, chili, roasts, it's the Only way I make soup.
