Honest Question

I decided it was time to update my profile page this evening. In the process of doing this I ended up going through several other people's profile pages, not necessarily people on my friends list, but some people who were listed on my schools pages and things like that. I noticed something, and I'm really sincerely curious about this. I am in no way trying to be critical, I really want to know. Why do some people add themselves to their own friends list? Is there some really good reason that I just don't know about or is it just one of those things? Just curious.

I add myself because I remember when I made posts. I know that I typically read all my FL entries and then make a post. So, when I check my FL, I know I can stop when I see a post by me.

LOL! I guess I never thought of ever doing that! For a while, I had my own blog on bloglines just to see how often it updated and whatever, and when I had my questions answered, I deleted myself. Maybe this is something similar?
