BLEH!!!!

Well, I'm not getting the table. I got an email from the guy who was going
to deliver it this afternoon and he told me that his roommate's sister is
going to be taking it. So, I'm still tableless. If I could drive, I'd just
go out and look around at thrift stores or whatever, but that's not an
option. And, I don't have anyone who can drive me either. Then, there's the
problem of getting it here even if I could get out and look. I know it
sounds stupid, but I was really looking forward to this.

It doesn't sound stupid to look forward to this...ugh, sorry it didn't work out. Disappointing. And I hear your annoyance at how hard it is to just go out and look for something.
