I'm Losing Touch

We're almost two hours into the 49th annual Grammy awards, and I'm wondering exactly what I'm doing watching this. I'm completely losing touch with the artists of today, which is really kind of sad. Reeba is on right now, and I do know her, of course. But, many of the people that they've had on earlier just don't mean anything to me. But, I wanted to see Carrie Underwood, and she's performing now. So, maybe I'll call it a night once this song is over, but I don't know.

This is kind of turning into a pointless post, but I needed something to do between the short show segments. I swear they've got more commercials then anything else, and if they play that annoying Chevy commercial one more time I'm going to scream! It's a mix of several songs with the word Chevy in them, but other than that it's completely visual and I don't have a clue what's going on. It's just that the commercial seems really stupid to me.

Anyway, I'll quit my rambling now and post this entry.

I too have been a little less than intrested in the Grammy awards the past few years.
At least they didn't "sing me to sleep" this year like they did last year! LOL!
I also want them to stop playin' that damn add!!!!

You see, I totally refuse to watch them anymore...it's a total waste...!

If I want to be exposed to rude language, questionable inuendo, and loud singing, I'll ride the bus more often when the kids are on their way to/from school!
